All International orders (outside the U.S.) are shipped via Australia Post. Shipping times vary depending on the country being shipped to. Normally packages arrive within 7-14 business days (not calendar days) after being shipped.
Customs
International orders (outside the U.S.) are subject to custom fees. We do not impose those fees. Those fees are imposed by your country or local shipping company delivering your package. We try to offer low shipping rates to our International customers to offset any custom fees.
Order Processing Times
Your order will be processed within 48 hours (except on holidays). Orders submitted on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Confirmation (Email)
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after 48 hours, chances are the email address you provided was incorrect/incomplete. You may either contact us for a shipping update or just wait for your order to arrive in the mail.
Disclaimer: Each individual is different and may experience different results at different time-frames, although we stand by the quality of our products “”Bruise Remove®”” cannot fully guarantee a full bruise/swelling reduction and we advise you to see a specialist if the issues persist.

Incorrect Shipping Information
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, we will attempt to reship the package back at no extra cost once the customer has corrected/completed his/her address on file. ''Bruise Remove®'' however is not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address (neighbor) due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages
''Bruise Remove®''. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show Delivery Confirmation by Australia Post. Upon inquiry, we will supply delivery information such as ship to address, date of delivery, and time of delivery for verification purposes.

Damaged Product
We try to package all shipments with care and add bubble wrap on every order for added protection. But if your product was damaged during shipping and handling, please return the product back to the return address for a replacement. Please inform us that you have returned the product for a replacement, so we can process your return a lot quicker.
